The NALMCO^® Spring Seminar is offered annually in April as an opportunity for training. The two-day Seminar is hosted at NALMCO Associate members’ facilities in different locations each year. The audience of 60+ individuals includes lighting management company owners, lighting maintenance service representatives, senior management and technicians. Seminar topics traditionally include (but are not limited to) lighting trends, industry-related topics, lighting safety, maintenance, energy efficiency solutions, the future of lighting, tools and tours. There is often an opportunity for hands-on or experiential learning.
